Our professional newsreaders record the key news items and update Advinet every morning. Additionally we record your own sales and marketing messages which are then mixed in with the news bulletins creating a powerful sales and marketing tool.

How it works - we provide you with a compact, dedicated audio server pre-loaded with the Advinet Software. The server is connected to your phone system via the MoH port and then connected to your permanent internet connection. Every morning your server dials the internet and connects to our Audio Platform and downloads the latest audio news files and your promotional messages to your phone system.

Advitel Traditional OnHold is for customers that don't need the flexibility and immediacy of Advinet but want to do more than just play muzak while their customers are holding. Using our traditional service you can entertain and inform your customers in a professional way that enhances the perception of your company.

How it works - we provide you with 'Communicator', our solid state, highly reliable, delivery hardware that plugs into your telephone system. Once your OnHold production is created it is loaded onto a flash memory chip that simply plugs into the unit.

Creating your OnHold production with Advitel is easy too. Tell us what you want to communicate and we script the production to your specification and you approve it. We then book, record and edit the voice and mix the messages with the music you have chosen. The finished production is then loaded onto the flash memory chip, quality checked and sent to you.
